Post Production

Video editing is the process of piecing together video clips, images, and sounds to create a movie. Nowadays, this is usually done on a computer with fancy video editing programs called non-linear editors, or NLE’s. All that means is that you can view, cut, and arrange digital video in any order without the need to play through the whole thing.

The challenge

Post-production editing  footage from a client is always a challenge for me as you only see the footage after the brief and script. Hoping that you have good footage and lot of it.

What I did

I go back to basics, finding the bit of footage that will set the tone for each edit, move on to layout the voice and edit any mistakes. Lay the cuts that I am going to use and ensure it match the script and tone of the voice.
